Terms of Sale

1. Parties

This Sales Agreement is made between the registered trademark Ankara Yazılım® and its strategic partner & official legal entity Stela Event Ltd. Şti. (Göksu Mah. Ertuğrulbey Cd. Meydan Eryaman No:2/2 D:25, 06820 Etimesgut / Ankara — collectively “Seller”) and the individual or entity completing the purchase (“Buyer”).

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale of software products, hardware solutions, and SaaS services offered electronically through the Seller's website.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed exclusive of VAT. Payments are processed securely via iyzico and Stripe under Stela Event Ltd. Şti. Subscription-based products recur per the selected billing cycle.

4. Delivery

Digital products and SaaS services are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Per Turkish Consumer Protection Law and EU distance selling regulations, withdrawal rights do not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with consumer consent. However, the Seller offers a 14-day free trial period during which no charges apply.

6. Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of Ankara courts, Türkiye.
